O estudo apresentado visa a analisar se, do ponto de vista jurídico, a cessão de créditos trabalhistas é admitida em nosso ordenamento, analisando como a jurisprudência da Justiça Especializada e do Superior Tribunal de Justiça tem se posicionado quanto ao tema. Ademais, salienta a validade da cessão de créditos originários de relação de trabalho, obter-se na Justiça Especializada a substituição da posição de credor na execução do título judicial, de tal forma que o cessionário passe a figurar no lugar do cedente. Igualmente, na hipótese de a cessão não ser juridicamente admitida, qual seria o foro competente para que os valores objeto de transferência de titularidade sejam efetivamente cobrados judicialmente pelo novo credor.

ABSTRACT
The present study aims at analyzing whether, from the legal point of view, the assignment of labor claims is allowed in our legal system, analyzing how the jurisprudence of the Specialized Justice and the Superior Court of Justice has positioned itself on the subject. In addition, it stresses the validity of the assignment of credits originating from employment relationship, obtaining in the Specialized Court the replacement of the position of creditor in the execution of the judicial title, in such a way that the transferee happens to appear in the place of the transferor. Likewise, in the event that the assignment is not legally accepted, what would be the competent forum for the transfer of ownership to be effectively collected by the new creditor.
